Job Description

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is proud to be partnering with a leading multi-channel fashion brand that offers uncompromising style and quality in each of their products.

The business is looking to appoint a Wholesale Merchandiser who will be responsible for maximising performance and driving profitability in the wholesale channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review sales and forecast future demand across wholesale channels to ensure optimal stock levels and meet customer expectations.
  • Organise and plan deliveries with retailers and our warehouse to meet delivery dates and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor range plans and trading plans to ensure that the product offerings are aligned with the business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with key accounts such as major retailers to develop and maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement high-level critical path planning and management to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that balanced and commercial ranges are developed in line with agreed financial parameters and business objectives.
  • Recruit and train a team at AM and Merch Admin level to ensure that the business has the necessary skills and expertise to succeed.
Requirements:
  • A highly analytical and numerical Merchandiser role with experience of managing relationships with key accounts and driving business growth.
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic, confident, and proactive to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Manage stock and WSSI knowledge to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and effectively.

This role is offered on a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will need to be based in the local region and accessible to the head office.
