Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial accounting systems, particularly in Xero.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor the organization’s working capital needs and maintain a rolling cash flow forecast.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making through comprehensive business performance reports and analyses, utilizing tools such as Rapport3 and Xero.

To thrive in this position, you should possess a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, along with proven expertise in accounting software, especially Xero. Strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial planning, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential.
