With a legacy spanning over twenty years, this organization has established a remarkable reputation for its cultural, educational, and residential projects, emphasizing sustainability and ecological practices. They have garnered multiple awards for their groundbreaking designs and dedication to environmental stewardship.

In the role of Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of financial activities, ranging from daily bookkeeping to leading financial strategy and analysis. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable and payable, executing month-end closing procedures, and working closely with accountants to ensure adherence to tax regulations. Additionally, you will be instrumental in digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing and automating financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making through comprehensive business performance reports and analyses, utilizing tools such as Rapport3 and Xero.

To thrive in this position, you should possess a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, along with proven expertise in accounting software, especially Xero. Strong analytical capabilities, experience in financial planning, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. While experience in an architectural, design, or construction environment is advantageous, a genuine interest in design and the arts is crucial.

This firm promotes a supportive and collaborative workplace culture, emphasizing integrity, innovative thinking, excellence, and enjoyment. They celebrate achievements collectively and engage in community-enhancing initiatives, from educational outreach to environmental clean-up efforts. The organization also prioritizes employee health and well-being through a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible work arrangements and programs designed to support mental and physical wellness.

If you are prepared to elevate your career and contribute to a practice that values creativity and community impact, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Prepare a brief letter detailing your motivation and relevant experience, accompanied by a comprehensive CV.

Become part of this innovative firm and join a team dedicated to shaping the future of architecture with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
