About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Practice Manager to join our team at The Crowd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our creative studio, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of our studio, including staff wellbeing, HR operations, and a positive workplace environment.
  • Financial Management: Handle financial tasks, including cash flow management, billing, invoicing, and reporting. Track budgets and profitability, delivering monthly financial updates to directors.
  • HR and Recruitment: Manage HR operations, including performance reviews, salary benchmarks, and staff onboarding.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with accountants for yearend processes and other ad hoc requirements. Provide guidance to the studio team and manage daily office activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' management experience within a creative environment.
  • Skills: Solid expertise in financial oversight, HR processes, and operational management. Proficient in CMAP and Xero is advantageous.
  • Personal Qualities: Eager to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities to enhance office operations.
