Quality and Information Coordinator at Leading Architectural Firm

Are you a skilled Quality and Information Coordinator eager to join a forward-thinking architectural firm?

This esteemed practice, recognized for its significant contributions across various sectors including Culture, Housing, Mixed Use, Industrial, Education, and Masterplanning, is on the lookout for a proficient Quality and Information Coordinator to strengthen their London team. With a rich history spanning over thirty years, they are a certified B Corporation and an Employee Ownership Trust, celebrated for their excellence in the industry through numerous prestigious accolades.

In the role of Quality and Information Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing the firm's information and quality assurance frameworks. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will communicate updates to project and quality assurance protocols, facilitate internal ISO assessments, and ensure adherence to formal accreditation processes. Your duties will also encompass maintaining project procedural documentation, aiding in the renewal of Professional Indemnity Insurance, and overseeing project information utilizing software tools such as Rapport and Newforma.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a construction-related field or project management, along with relevant experience in project management within the architecture or construction sectors. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the capability to juggle multiple projects, and a comprehensive understanding of building contracts and procurement methods are crucial. Familiarity with document control, Rapport, and Newforma is advantageous but not essential.

They actively welcome applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds, including those from Black, Asian, LGBTQIA+, and disabled communities. They offer competitive remuneration, flexible working options, and a range of benefits such as coverage for professional registration fees, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and a cycle-to-work initiative.

Become part of a vibrant team that values innovation and design excellence while promoting social and environmental responsibility. The firm hosts a lively social calendar featuring regular team lunches, research excursions, exhibition visits, and sports activities, nurturing a sense of community and collaboration among its staff.

If you are prepared to elevate your career and contribute to a practice that emphasizes professional development, diversity, and a positive workplace culture, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Join a team where your expertise will be appreciated and your career can thrive.
