We are seeking a highly skilled Service Architect to join our team at Smart DCC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise service architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our overall team strategy and take ownership of aspects of the Major Change and ODA team.
- Collaborate with wider Operational teams to design and shape the E2E Operational teams and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of new services and products into our target operating model.
- Deliver end-to-end service architecture packages through robust planning and management, ensuring that Service Design supports programmatic/project delivery dates.
- Influence project/program and key stakeholders to ensure that the product or solution delivered meets the strategic aims and needs of Operations.
- Act as an SME interface to program/projects for Operational colleagues, leading and moderating workshops to identify, interpret, qualify, and improve.
- Produce enterprise service architecture artefacts, including High level Service Designs, system data, plans, and Ways of working documents.
- Extensive experience in a similarly high-level Service Architecture role.
- Experience in Service Design and Architecture, with a focus on non-technology architecture.
- Experience acting as an SME interface to program and projects.
- Extensive experience producing enterprise service architecture artefacts, including High level Service Designs, system data, plans, and Ways of working documents.
- Experience producing iterative Impact Assessments, identifying the impact of change.
- Excellent, proven senior stakeholder management experience.
