About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs, complex health needs, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with behavioral support and de-escalation techniques to promote a calm and safe environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with a willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.
  • A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable, but not essential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
