Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities.
- Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
- Promote independence and develop skills, assisting with daily tasks and activities.
- Work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
- Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans.
- Support individuals to maintain a clean-living environment and participate in regular training.
- Calming and caring approach, with experience of supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Ability to work on a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
- UK driving license (if living outside the Tadley area).
- Right to work in the UK.
