Job Summary:
The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new separately managed client accounts and fund onboardings across the business. This individual will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementation and drive enhancements to our processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation experience by facilitating post-sale client coverage and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams and shared services to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
- Work with Barings transfer agents to ensure compliance with AML/KYC processes and facilitate the opening of client accounts.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, with a focus on client onboarding, project management, or transitions implementation.
- Prior experience with AML/KYC processes and compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with BPM and/or CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field.
