About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geriatrician Consultant to join our Community Frailty Service team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with frailty and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of service improvements and innovations
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Geriatric Medicine (MRCP, MRCPCH or equivalent)
  • Full GMC registration and CCT accreditation in Geriatric Medicine
  • At least 2 years of Higher Specialist Training in Geriatric Medicine or equivalent experience
  • Excellent clinical skills, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
