About the Role

Darktrace is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading training to our sales teams in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and sales training programs to ensure high scoring evaluation ratings and feedback.
  • Work closely with our VP of Sales and go-to-market teams to develop new training content and prepare for delivery.
  • Manage a team of sales enablement instructors across EMEA and APAC, planning and delivering the sales enablement schedule.
  • Provide monthly enablement reporting and feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and work with the sales team to address challenges.
  • Project manage activities and work to tight deadlines, including content development and coordination of live training events.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales training and managing a team.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Ability to adjust delivery style to audience and apply sales skills to real-life scenarios.
  • Previous experience in an enablement role or sales leadership position.
  • Relevant enablement and/or sales qualifications are desirable but not essential.
