Sales Enablement Manager

The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, empowering our commercial teams with the tools, knowledge, and content they need to succeed. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and enhance sales productivity by bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage compelling sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials, leveraging data and insights to create impactful content.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity.
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
- Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
