Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process with line managers, ensuring all necessary equipment and workwear are ready, and day-one activities are arranged.
- Handle administrative tasks, including offboarding processes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date master people data.
- Update company policies under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Support employee engagement activities, facilitate events, and service milestones.
- Support internal communication efforts.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, including onboarding.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and associated legal requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
