Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and arranging interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with line managers, ensuring all necessary equipment and workwear are ready, and day-one activities are arranged.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including offboarding processes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date master people data.
  • Update company policies under the guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Support employee engagement activities, facilitate events, and service milestones.
  • Support internal communication efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, including onboarding.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and associated legal requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to identify and deliver process improvements.
