Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on HR policy and practice
- Advise on conduct, performance, absence, grievances, and disciplinaries
- Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions, including pay, holiday, and other forms of leave
- Manage a high volume of cases and provide accurate, risk-based advice
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a large business with a high volume of employee cases
- Passion for employee relations and a strong understanding of HR policy and practice
