Position: Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Holland and Barrett, you will be instrumental in executing innovative technology initiatives. You will work closely with diverse teams to launch new products and functionalities, leveraging technologies such as AWS cloud, GitLab CI/CD, and monitoring tools. Your contributions will significantly enhance the customer journey and influence product development in the wellness domain.

  • Collaborate effectively with Project Sponsors and Engineering Teams.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges and risks to ensure program success.
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and collaboration across various departments.
  • Advocate for the use of cloud platform tools within engineering teams.
  • Oversee product roadmaps and facilitate agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Program Management and cloud technologies.
  • Strong background in software development and AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and agile development capabilities.
