We are seeking a Loyalty Program Technical Manager to join a prominent retail organization that is embarking on a significant transformation initiative aimed at enhancing their internal engineering capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological strategy for the loyalty program, balancing both hands-on and strategic responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that elevate customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing overall technical leadership and vision for the loyalty program.
  • Facilitating communication between product management and engineering teams.
  • Managing the development of new solutions related to loyalty initiatives, including pricing strategies, promotional schemes, applications, and loyalty cards.
  • Working with platforms such as SAP Hybris and Commerce Cloud.
  • Collaborating with Product, Development, and Testing teams to implement new in-store technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in loyalty program management and transformation.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology stacks, including Java and React.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile platforms, specifically iOS and Android.
