Role Summary: We are seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant for a fixed-term engagement. This pivotal role will support our ongoing transformation initiatives and the execution of critical technology projects that are essential for our business growth.

The Technology Solutions Consultant will collaborate closely with our IT department and various business stakeholders to spearhead the design and implementation of our technology framework. This role is crucial in ensuring that our technological advancements align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of technology solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Ensure that the technology landscape adheres to the established high-level design (HLD) and achieves the desired business outcomes.
  • Translate architectural designs into actionable plans, working with project teams and vendors to develop low-level designs (LLDs).
  • Facilitate the integration of new solutions with existing technology platforms to create a cohesive operational environment.
  • Document and deliver a comprehensive technology architecture, including necessary integrations and applications.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to create a technical implementation roadmap.
  • Identify and address requirements and challenges within the current technology environment.
  • Work alongside colleagues to develop a robust data strategy that supports seamless data movement across the organization.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of designs and implementations to facilitate smooth transitions during service handovers.
  • Analyze non-functional requirements to ensure all solutions are sustainable and support future enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Engineering, Software Development, or IT Infrastructure with a focus on Cloud solutions.
  • Preferred qualifications include ITIL and TOGAF certifications.
  • Experience in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Proven expertise in ERP and WMS platform implementations.
  • Experience in migrating applications to cloud-based platforms (IaaS/PaaS).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their management.
  • Experience with integration platforms as a service (iPaaS) or microservices.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical skills to comprehend business processes and technical requirements for optimal solutions.
  • Experience in delivering technology projects in dynamic, medium-sized organizations.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework is essential.
