Role Summary
We are seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant for a fixed-term engagement. This pivotal role will support our ongoing transformation initiatives and the execution of critical technology projects that are essential for our business growth.
The Technology Solutions Consultant will collaborate closely with our IT department and various business stakeholders to architect and implement a robust technology framework that aligns with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that adhere to the established high-level design (HLD) and fulfill business requirements.
- Translate architectural designs into actionable plans, working with project teams and vendors to develop low-level designs (LLD) that ensure seamless integration across all technology platforms.
- Document and deliver a comprehensive technology landscape, including necessary integrations and applications.
- Oversee the configuration and delivery of environments in accordance with the agreed architectural standards.
- Partner with the Digital Transformation team to create a technical implementation roadmap and serve as a key resource in executing this plan.
- Identify and address issues within the current technology environment, ensuring all requirements are captured and understood.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a data strategy that supports seamless data movement across the organization.
- Ensure thorough documentation of designs and implementation processes to facilitate smooth transitions during service handovers.
- Analyze non-functional requirements to guarantee that all solutions are supportable and meet future upgrade needs.
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering, Software Development, or IT Infrastructure with a strong understanding of Cloud solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include ITIL and TOGAF certifications.
- Experience in complex manufacturing environments, particularly in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Proven expertise in ERP and WMS platform implementations within small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Experience in transitioning applications to cloud-based platforms (IaaS/PaaS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize business processes and technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology projects in dynamic business settings.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
