Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team to deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities, including assessing business requirements, producing test plans, managing risks, and implementing projects within agreed time scales.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supported by professional qualifications such as ISEB, BCS, etc.
- Previous experience of User Story based requirements writing.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a project or business change in a commercially focused environment.
- An engaging personality with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to positively influence stakeholders and members of the project team to drive progress and overcome challenges.
- The ability to quickly understand and evaluate business requirements.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and balance multiple projects as appropriate.
- Good knowledge of both project and development life cycles and proven experience of delivering change.
