Business Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team to deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities, including assessing business requirements for change, producing test plans, managing risks, and implementing projects within agreed time scales.
The ideal candidate will have high levels of resilience, a drive to succeed, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders and members of the project team.
About You- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supported by professional qualifications such as ISEB, BCS, etc.
- Previous experience of User Story based requirements writing.
- Ability to successfully facilitate effective workshops and meetings to achieve desired outcomes.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a project or business change in a commercially focused environment.
- Previous experience within the General Insurance industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
