We are seeking an experienced Business Change Specialist to join our Business Change team to successfully deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.

This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities from assessing business requirements for change, producing test plans, managing risks, right to implementation of projects and delivery of change within the agreed time scales.

This role requires an experienced Business Analyst with high levels of resilience and a drive as well as an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.

About you

We are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supported by professional qualifications such as ISEB, BCS, etc.

You should have previous experience of User Story based requirements writing, at least 3 years' experience working in a project or business change in a commercially focused environment, and an engaging personality with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

You should be able to positively influence stakeholders and members of the project team to continuously drive progress and overcome challenges as required.

We are an agile company and are looking for someone who can quickly understand and evaluate business requirements, prioritise their workload, and balance multiple projects as appropriate.
