Business Change Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Change team to deliver our projects and continuous change delivery plan.
This role will take responsibility for the management and coordination of all business analyst activities, including assessing business requirements, producing test plans, managing risks, and implementing projects within agreed time scales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate business analyst activities
- Assess business requirements and produce test plans
- Manage risks and implement projects
- Work with stakeholders and project teams to drive progress and overcome challenges
- Prioritize workload and balance multiple projects
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with high levels of resilience and a drive, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to positively influence stakeholders and project teams.
You will have at least 3 years' experience working in a project or business change environment, with a strong understanding of project and development life cycles and proven experience of delivering change.
