Key Responsibilities- Manage the collection of rent and service charges, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor and manage rent arrears, initiating contact with tenants to agree on repayment plans.
- Provide advice to tenants on financial matters, including budgeting and accessing benefits.
- Utilise Arthur Property Management Software for data management and reporting.
- Prepare and issue legal notices, and represent the association in court proceedings if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on rent collection and arrears.
- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Flexible Working: A blend of office-based work in Canning Town and remote working from home.
- Permanent Position: Long-term career opportunity with a growing housing provider.
- Professional Development: Opportunities for training and career advancement.
- Experience in rent collection, arrears management, or a similar role within housing or property management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using property management software, with experience in Arthur Property Management Software being an advantage.
