- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and improve efficiency.
- Build relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to promote our business.
- Manage multiple teams across multiple shift patterns and ensure effective communication at all levels.
- Implement change management strategies to drive business improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Strong commercial and operational knowledge, with a focus on financial planning and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Sage and CIM software, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business improvement.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week). Salary: £57,000 - £60,000.
