Operations Manager

Reed is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and integrate new employees into our team, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director, ensuring continuity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain training records, organizing employee training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and success.
  • Analyze and summarize monthly reports to provide data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate responsibilities, driving team performance and productivity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimization, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
