Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and integrate new employees into our team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Lead and manage operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain training records, organizing employee training as needed.
- Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and summarize monthly reports to provide actionable insights.
- Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service.
- Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimization, with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to perform ADHOC duties as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
