Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and integrate new employees into our team, ensuring a seamless transition and effective onboarding process.
- Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director, providing strategic guidance and support to the team.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain training records, organizing employee training as needed to ensure upskilling and reskilling.
- Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and expansion.
- Analyse and summarise monthly reports to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in process improvement and service delivery optimisation, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of team members, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
