Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard and integrate new employees into our team, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal performance.
- Lead and manage operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain training records, organizing employee training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets, providing actionable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Implement and improve processes to optimize service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Analyze and summarize monthly reports to provide data-driven recommendations for business development.
- Motivate and inspire employees to maintain high standards of quality control and customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Engage in both tactical and strategic activities to support business growth, innovation, and excellence.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role, with a strong track record of success and achievement.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, delegate, and empower team members.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in process improvement, service delivery optimization, and business growth strategies.
- Commitment to the welfare and wellbeing of team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
