Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative and Clerical Support Specialist to join our team at Ekhuft. As a key member of the Respiratory Diagnostic Department, you will provide exceptional clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clerical support to the Respiratory Diagnostic Department, ensuring data quality and accuracy at all times.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and notes, ensuring timely completion and distribution.
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing patient and staff concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in the prioritization of tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with department staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
