Department Coordinator

We are seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic teacher and an inspirational and innovative leader to lead the Music Department at Christchurch Girls' High School.
The successful candidate will promote and enact the school's vision and values, advocating for equitable and excellent outcomes, improving outcomes for all learners.
As a key member of the school community, the Head of Department will foster a team spirit of collaboration amongst staff and encourage reflective practice.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for girls' education and a commitment to shaping a future-focused curriculum.
The position could be combined with the Head of Learning Areas for The Arts role.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize a relational and responsive culture in the Music Department
- Shape a future-focused curriculum that fosters collaboration and reflective practice

- Contribute to the pastoral and co-curricular life of the school
