Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at the Advocate Group. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to our clients in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and category teams to offer financial advice and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate financial performance, detect trends, and provide actionable suggestions to enhance business results.
  • Create and maintain financial models to facilitate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Work with stakeholders to streamline financial procedures and systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business performance, recognizing opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified/finalist in ACCA/CIMA
  • Demonstrated experience in a Financial Business Partner or Financial Analyst role, preferably within the food/FMCG/consumer industries
  • Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to translate intricate financial data into strategic insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
