Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide efficient and thorough management of the Accounts Receivable Ledger, Salesforce, and key administrative tasks to the Finance & support teams.

Credit Control

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively chasing outstanding arrears
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of any direct debit queries/issues
Accounts Receivable

Key responsibilities include:

  • Raising all intercompany and manual invoices monthly
  • Allocating all sales ledger transactions on Access Dimensions
Salesforce Administrative Tasks

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and completing all salesforce tasks
  • Maintaining a high quality of data in Salesforce through regular checks of error logs
Key Administrative Tasks

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the monthly direct debit run
  • Managing the accounts inbox
Requirements

We are looking for an IT literate individual with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, good problem-solving skills, and previous Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience. Knowledge of Access Dimensions and Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
