About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Facilities Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role within our Technical Services team, as part of a new Defence contract covering a London portfolio.

As the Technical Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works across numerous sites in the region. You will manage the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works, including planned, reactive, and small quoted works across multiple sites.
  • Oversee the performance of our sub-contracted delivery partners to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
  • Continuously review operating performances to ensure efficiency and first-time fix ratio is maximized.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Extensive experience managing multi-discipline facilities management.
  • Military / Defence exposure is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of managing performance (SLAs/KPIs) using CAFM systems.
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation.
  • Technical knowledge/background + IOSH Trained.
  • Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years (clearance requirement).
