About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Net-Worx (2001) Limited. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and qualified leads through strategic planning and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive impactful results and align with the company's mission and vision.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute global integrated campaigns efficiently and effectively.
  • Campaigns & Tactical Planning: Develop targeted campaigns supporting account-based marketing efforts and monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure resonance and effectiveness.
  • People Leadership and Performance: Foster a high-performance culture by aligning team objectives with the company's mission and vision, and provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Extensive background in marketing, with demonstrated team management expertise.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience targeting UK professional services.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong track record of optimizing programs, campaigns, and customer journeys to drive demand and exceed targets.
