Job Title: Forms Developer

We are seeking a skilled Forms Developer to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with a Local Authority in Bexley to assist with the appointment of a Forms Developer on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate existing online forms into Drupal webforms, making enhancements as required to improve the customer service experience for residents.
  • Support the Digital Manager in developing a user-centered approach to all self-service solutions for high-volume service areas across the authority.
  • Assist with identifying process improvements for users and work with service areas to design and implement new approaches and technology to enhance customer experience and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a wide mix of stakeholders from all directorates and the Council's IT provider (NEC).
  • Develop self-service and CRM systems, including e-forms, processes, users, and back-office system connectors to support normal service provision and drive forward self-service adoption.
Requirements:
  • Degree standard of education or equivalent.
  • A Level standard of education or equivalent.
  • Formal Management Qualification.
