Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR advice and support on employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Manage casework, including disciplinary, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
- Assist with the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
- Support the HR Manager with the continuous improvement of HR services.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
- CIPD qualification is essential.
- Minimum of one year's experience in an HR advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Dog-friendly office environment.
- Company-funded team days out every other month.
