HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Reed. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support on employee relations issues, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing casework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support on employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Manage casework, including disciplinary, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Support the HR Manager with the continuous improvement of HR services.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in an HR advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
