Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team at Reed as an HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and articulate individual with exceptional people skills, who is eager to join and develop within a fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Expert HR Advice: Offer guidance and support on a range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with current legislation and company policies.
  2. Develop and Implement HR Policies: Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  3. Manage Casework: Effectively manage and resolve disciplinary, grievances, absence, and redundancy cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  4. Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects that drive business growth and employee engagement.
  5. Contribute to HR Strategies: Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop HR strategies that support the overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. CIPD Qualification: Possess a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR.
  2. HR Experience: Minimum of one year's experience in an HR advisory role, with a strong understanding of employment law and company policies.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
