Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Inflite The Jet Centre. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, setting up interviews, and screening candidates.
- Prepare and administer HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment, and pay change letters.
- Onboard new employees, including right to work checks, inductions, and reference checking.
- Monitor absence levels and provide accurate reports and data as required.
- Offboard employees, including exit interviews, holiday calculations, and acknowledgement letters.
- Maintain HR systems with starters, leavers, and pay changes.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll department, including updating holiday trackers and ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with Line Managers, Company Directors, and Payroll as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' administration experience, preferably within HR.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Payroll is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract
Contract Length: 6 months
Work Location: In person
