Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our CFO and team on an ongoing temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the diary and inbox of the CFO and wider team, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
- Act as the first point of contact for the office, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Arrange travel and meetings, both nationally and internationally, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.
- Take minutes of meetings and collate agendas, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Arrange meetings and catering as required, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids to support business needs.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with other Administrative Assistants and PAs across the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with the on-boarding of new team members, including IT setup, organizing passes, and liaising with building staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
