Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Trainer to join our team. As a Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and rolling out training programs, conducting needs assessments, and managing training paths for all stores. You will also conduct on-site coaching and accompany sales teams in implementing key learnings on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our sales teams and drive business results.
  • Conduct needs assessments, evaluate outcomes, and manage training paths for all stores.
  • Provide on-site coaching and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Champion training programs to create a positive and performance-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or menswear tailoring.
  • Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
  • Possess a passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talents.
  • Excellent communication skills, client-centric, and strong fashion sensibility.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
