About the Role

As a Trainee High Intensity Therapist, you will embark on a comprehensive training program to develop your expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the well-being of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions aligned with CBT principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to mental health care and a passion for helping others. A relevant degree or qualification in psychology, counselling, or a related field is essential. Previous experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges is highly desirable.
