Lead Commercial Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager - Specializing in Concrete Structures & Groundworks
Cityscape is on the lookout for a Lead Commercial Surveyor or a Senior Cost Manager to enhance our team. This role is based in the Northern Home Counties, with a focus on the following responsibilities:
  • Direct reporting to the group director responsible for this division
  • Overseeing concrete structure or groundwork projects from initial contract discussions to final financial settlements
  • Career growth opportunities within a company boasting an annual turnover of £150 million
  • Taking a pivotal role within the commercial team
  • Engaging in both surveying tasks and supporting the expansion of the division
With over 25 years of expertise in the field, Cityscape specializes in reinforced concrete structures, groundwork, basement development, and demolition services. Our projects range from urban centers to various regions, with significant undertakings valued at approximately £50 million over a two-year period.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in comparable positions within the UK's groundwork or concrete structure sectors
  • A degree in quantity surveying or commercial management
We encourage candidates located in or near the Northern Home Counties to consider this opportunity, as it involves travel to project sites while maintaining a balance with office duties.
