About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist or Psychological Professional to lead the Hastings Multiple Admissions Pathway. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the pathway, as well as support the work within the Assessment and Treatment Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate network meetings and provide psychological expertise in the pathway.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy offers to patients.
  • Support the work within the Assessment and Treatment Team.

Person Specification

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology.
  • Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course, and presenting with the full range of clinical severity.
  • Well-developed knowledge of the theory and practice of specialised psychological therapies in specific difficult-to-treat groups.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the HCPC.
