Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Multiple Admissions Pathway in Hastings, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with complex mental health needs and a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the pathway team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Facilitate network meetings and provide psychological expertise
- Support the work within the assessment and treatment team
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology
- Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
- Significant assessed experience of working as a qualified psychologist
- Experience of working with complex mental health needs
- Knowledge of legislation in relation to the client group
