Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and brokers through the claims process, providing excellent customer service and minimizing inconvenience to their daily lives.
  • Work proactively on claims, building strong relationships with brokers and utilizing a range of digital systems.
  • Juggle multiple tasks at pace, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Embrace change and share ideas to improve the customer journey.
  • Utilize digital and online tasks, demonstrating strong IT skills and experience with software like Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Starting salary between £23,900 to £27,300 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits.
