Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our Sales team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business development through telesales and field sales, as well as managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Prepare and send sales correspondence, including emails and letters, to clients and prospects.
  5. Follow up with clients to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  6. Support the sales team in their sales efforts, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
  7. Manage client quotes and ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in sales, customer service, or operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
  2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  5. Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
