Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and send sales correspondence, including emails and letters, to clients and prospects.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in their sales efforts, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Manage client quotes and ensure timely delivery of services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or operations, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
