We are seeking an existing colleague with a passion for customer engagement to support engagement activities and ensure the voice of customers is heard across Alliance Homes Group.

This role will collaborate with the Customer Engagement Officer to deliver customer forums, panels, and consultations on policy changes, strategies, and services.

The successful candidate will promote these activities with a focus on inclusion, leading on customer engagement in our communities and age-related schemes to better understand the customer service experience.

They will showcase customer engagement impact through regular reporting, highlighting achievements, challenges, plans, and progress.

This is a great chance to utilize customer service skills to make a real difference to our customers' experience in the future.

About You:

You will have front-line customer experience, understand customer satisfaction measures, and the Regulator of Social Housing-consumer standards.

You will also have experience of organizing and supporting groups of people, with an understanding of a range of community engagement techniques.

A people-person, your interpersonal skills will be excellent, and you will have the ability to listen and communicate well.

Due to the nature of this role, a full driving license and access to your own car is required. You may also be required to attend occasional meetings/events during evenings or weekends.
