Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Support Facilitator to join our team. As a Support Facilitator, you will play a vital role in facilitating school and community-related activities within the borough. This will involve delivering workshops, mentoring, and collaborating with staff, teachers, and parents to ensure effective programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programme plan, setting clear goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with staff, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless programme delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants, including teachers, to ensure they understand programme requirements and can address individual needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all programme participants.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a charitable organisation.
  • Experience working with young people in a relevant capacity, with the ability to engage appropriately.
  • Experience working in a team in a professional or voluntary capacity.
  • Experience planning and delivering school-related activities.
Skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Data entry skills using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
