Casual Support Worker Role OverviewIf you have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives, consider joining our team as a Casual Support Worker. This flexible role allows you to contribute your skills and compassion while fitting your work schedule around your commitments.
Responsibilities & Duties:- Provide personalized support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities in various settings, including community outings and residential homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Promote independence and encourage active participation in meaningful activities.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to individual care plans and progress.
- Genuine compassion and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities is preferred but not required.
