Key Responsibilities- Define and Manage the Product Backlog: Develop and maintain a user story backlog that aligns with our business requirements and technical capabilities.
- Set Sprint Goals and Prioritize the Backlog: Collaborate with the development team and Scrum Master to set sprint goals and prioritize the backlog to ensure maximum business value delivery.
- Participate in Team Ceremonies: Engage in various team ceremonies, including Refinement, to ensure that backlog items are effectively refined and sized.
- Communicate the Product Roadmap: Effectively communicate the product roadmap to various stakeholders across the business, ensuring that everyone is aligned with our strategic intent.
- Engage with Wider Teams: Collaborate with Group Technology teams to deliver automated solutions that replace legacy manual processes and ensure delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.
- Manage Product and Delivery Risks: Identify and mitigate product and delivery risks to ensure that there is appropriate governance in place.
- Experience in Cloud Product Management: Proven experience in managing a technical product backlog and roadmap for a cloud native development team.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure and cloud native development.
- Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment, ideally SAFe.
- Cloud Native Development: Good understanding of modern cloud native development, testing, and Agile delivery processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Regulated Environment: Previous experience working in a financial services/regulated environment is highly desirable.
