About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to lead our retail operations in the South East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of retail managers and staff to achieve business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve business performance, develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional level of service, and that customer feedback is acted upon to improve business performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring that all stores are well-managed, well-stocked, and well-presented.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that business performance is optimized.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all stores are compliant with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Management: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences, and to develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
